With over 13 years of experience in commercial construction, planning, and development, I specialize in managing complex, luxury projects for high-profile clients. My extensive background includes working on campus projects that involve multiple stakeholders. As the Director of Construction at Greystar, I oversee a diverse portfolio that encompasses life science, residential, retail, and industrial projects. Renowned for my positive and proactive approach, I excel in fostering collaboration and leading teams to achieve successful project outcomes. My upbeat demeanor and can-do attitude have consistently enabled me to deliver high-quality results and ensure client satisfaction. As a lifelong learner, I am eager to embrace new challenges that will continue to build, shape, and enhance my professional, management, and leadership skills.

I’ve known I wanted to work in design and construction since the 7th grade when I modeled and built my first millwork shelf. It was my first taste of my work coming to life. Since then, I’ve studied Building Construction and Real Estate at Virginia Tech University. Throughout my education I worked four internships to solidify in my classroom knowledge further and confirm my professional path to becoming a successful construction manager.

While I continue to build, shape, and stretch my career & professional growth, as a side hobby I love to dabble in the residential interior design space. I’m currently pursuing a certificate in Interior Design from The Interior Design Institute and run an Instagram account highlighting my own projects and Coastal Interior Designers worldwide. I’m lucky to be the mom of two beautiful girls, Emerson and Callahan. When I have time to myself, I love to train for triathlons, hit the slopes on my skis with family and friends, plan sailing trips, and decorate cakes.
